Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. Every shirt is pressed by hand in small batches, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

We’ll make it right if:

• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• Your item doesn’t match the product description

Email willie@anchorandpine.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a replacement or a refund. For defective or incorrect items, we cover any return shipping.

Cancellations
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your shirt may already be pressed and on its way.

Not covered

• Wear and washing damage. For the longest-lasting print, wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low, and don’t iron the design.
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout
• Packages marked delivered by the carrier. If yours shows delivered and you can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with USPS.
