This website is operated by Anchor & Pine. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. GENERAL
By accessing or using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We may update these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted on this page.

2. PRODUCTS
Our apparel is heat-pressed by hand in-house in small batches. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and the nature of the printing process. Because each item is pressed individually, minor variations in print placement are normal and are not considered defects.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

4. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has shipped. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review the size guide before purchasing.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Anchor & Pine name, logo, website content and original designs are the property of Anchor & Pine. Some artwork on our products is used under commercial license from independent artists. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our designs or brand assets without written permission.

7. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing and availability at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is powered by Shopify, and orders are shipped through third-party carriers such as USPS. Your use of our site is also subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Anchor & Pine shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
